About Susannah

Welcome, and thank you for joining me here!

If you’re wanting to know a little about me and my teaching style, I teach a rigorous style of Bhakti Vinyasa yoga, which includes beautiful chants, fluid sequencing, and nuggets of Yoga Philosophy that are both profound and accessible. I’ve become somewhat notorious for my dry sense of humor, and my playlists are always on fire. (Making them is like another job!). My sincerest goal is to offer a space in which people can find refuge inside their own bodies, and I firmly believe that as a global community we need to find a way to understand the concept that, as my teacher Stephanie Snyder says, we are different but not separate.

In 2010 I completed her first yoga teacher training, and in 2014 I received her Masters in Philosophy and Religion.

I am currently leading Yoga Teacher Trainings, retreats and workshops around the world, and I teaches private, public, and corporate classes all over the San Francisco Bay Area, and I am thrilled to be offering online classes over Zoom.

Drop a note to say, “hi,” or with any questions you have about my teaching or the practice.

“I have been taught and coached by many people throughout my life as an athlete, and have had a handful of teachers as an aspiring yogini and Susannah is one of the only people I continue to desire to sit with and learn from.”
