I'm so happy to offer this simple text on the parts of the Yoga practice that have really changed my life. There are four sections on Self, Purpose & Freedom, Effort & Non-attachment, and Isvara Pranidana (dedicating all of your action to something greater than yourself). Each section has Yoga philosophy mixed with stories, personal anecdotes, and some of my favorite Western philosophers, as well as written exercises and a guided online practice. I want people to see that the parts of Yoga beyond the physical practice are very accessible and have lasting effects. It's not fancy, but it's from my heart.
